Agreement reached at final trilogue negotiation

Final trilogue negotiations on the Copyright Directive have began as of 11 February, scheduled to finish on 13 February. Reports on Twitter say that there are no developments on the addition of a SME exception to the text of article 13, but there are possible redrafts of provisions on user-generated content and mitigation measures for smaller companies.
