CopyrightUser.eu

Summary:

This project – part of the EU Horizon 2020 funded consortium reCreating Europe: Rethinking digital copyright law for a culturally diverse, accessible, creative Europe – addresses gaps in both knowledge and awareness of copyright in the European Union. The EU Copyright User Portal aims to become the point of reference for anyone looking for copyright guidance within the EU. It builds upon the existing and successful website CopyrightUser.org, an independent online platform intended to make UK copyright law accessible to creators, entrepreneurs, cultural heritage practitioners, and other ‘copyright users’.

CopyrightUser.eu has been designed to help ‘copyright users’ across the EU to make informed decisions on copyright issues. The core team has produced relevant guidance in cooperation with other Work Packages within the reCreating Europe consortium.
