Open letter by over 145 organisations submitted to EU Member State Ambassadors

An open letter has been submitted to EU Member State Ambassadors and Deputy Ambassadors by over 145 European and global organisations. Issued ahead of the 27 April COREPER meeting, the open letter raises concerns about the current proposal created by the Bulgarian Presidency (particularly in relation to Articles 3, 4-9, 11 and 13). The open letter also warns against rushing the grant of a mandate to negotiate with the EU Parliament, particularly as the JURI vote has been scheduled for 20/21 June.
