Fourth round of trilogue negotiations held

The fourth round of trilogue negotiations were held on 3 December (further to earlier negotiations on 2 and 25 October, and 26 November). As part of MEP Julia Reda’s ongoing updates to the closed-door process, the latest compromise proposals are now available in respect of both the articles and recitals of the Directive.

The final trilogue negotiations are scheduled for 13 December (and reportedly 14 December), ahead of the final vote in Spring 2019.
