Digital Resources Assistant (casual/temporary)

This is an exciting opportunity to join CREATe, the UK Copyright and Creative Economy Centre, based in the School of Law, University of Glasgow. We are looking for a Digital Resources Assistant to help maximise CREATe’s identity and impact across a range of digital resources, including:

The successful candidate will work to project deliverables as part of the AHRC funded Creative Industries Policy & Evidence Centre (PEC), including the development of digital and open data tools.

The position would be well-suited to a current PhD student in computer science or information studies, with expertise in web development and visualisations. Experience in data science and data development is desirable, but not mandatory.

This is a casual and temporary appointment in the first instance, with flexibility to reflect the preferred hours of a suitable candidate. Ideally, we would be looking for an immediate start in early 2020.

Salary: This is a flexible, hourly paid position. Details subject to negotiation.
