Bulgarian Presidency questions relating to articles 3, 11 , and 13 published

On 12 April, Presidency questions in relation to Articles 3, 11, and 13 were published with a view to seeking opinions from delegates (with consolidated compromise proposal available here). In anticipation of the 16 April meeting, the proposal indicates no deletion of either of the controversial Articles 11 or 13, but rather requests feedback on possible modifications.
