Three CREATe Research Assistant Vacancies at the University of Edinburgh

EdinburghThe University of Edinburgh, a partner in the consortium of universities running CREATe, is seeking three fixed-term, part-time research assistants to contribute to CREATe projects. All applicants for these posts will be based in the Edinburgh Law School.

Project 1 – Applications are invited for a part-time Research Assistant to contribute to a two-year project on privacy, personal data collection and the freemium business model for Web 2.0. This part-time post (1 day per week) is available on a fixed term basis for two years from September/October 2013.

Project 2 – Applications are invited for a part-time Research Assistant to be based in the Edinburgh Law School to contribute to a two-year project on the future of Digital Rights Management. This part-time post (2 days per week) is available on a fixed term basis for two years from September/October 2013.

Project 3 – Applications are invited for a part-time Research Assistant to contribute to a two year project on copyright and civil enforcement. This part-time post (0.5 days per week) is available on a fixed term basis for two years from September/October 2013.

The salary (for all posts) is between £25,504 and £29,541 per annum (pro rata). The closing date for applications is 8th August 2013.
